Our client, a leading organization in the business process management sector, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist remote
Job Title: Bilingual Recruiting Specialist remote
Location: Toronto, ON/ Ottawa ON/ Gatineau QC
Pay Range: CAD 24/hr
Shift: Days
What's the Job?
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen candidates effectively and efficiently.
- Send emails and texts to applicants during the onboarding process to prepare them for their first day.
- Follow up with candidates through calls, texts, and emails to address questions and provide updates.
- Respond accurately and professionally to candidate inquiries, explaining the hiring process and role expectations.
- Complete the end-to-end hiring process in Workday, including extending offers and updating client systems with relevant notes and outcomes.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Fluent in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.
- Experience working with HR systems/tools such as Workday is considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
