• Coordinate materials for meetings and proposals
• Liaise with medical staff for proposal information
• Draft donor correspondence and reports
• Arrange donor meetings and manage calendars
• Support prospect management using Raiser's Edge

Requirements:

• Relevant 3-year degree/diploma in related field
• 1-3 years fundraising or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar databases
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
