Precast Site Coordinator

Position Overview: We are looking for an eager Site Coordinator to join our RM Precast Team! This position will primarily be responsible for assessing residential site readiness for precast concrete installations. Responsibilities:

• Plan daily site visits and organize visits to maximize geographical efficiency.
• Drive to sites in Edmonton and surrounding area to check site-readiness for precast installation.
• Report on site readiness to the Project Manager, Site-Superintendent, and installation crews.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating all project updates with clients.
• Coordinate and communicate with Project Manager, Site-Superintendent, or sub-contractors to prepare site for install.
• Perform basic general labour when necessary to prepare site for installation.
• Conduct quality inspections on completed work, addressing structural or aesthetic concerns as required.
• Identify and communicate obstacles, errors, and areas for improvement prior to precast installations.
• Champion safety by wearing PPE, participating in safety meetings/training, adhering to safe work practices, etc.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation, clean drivers abstract, and valid driver's license.
• Previous residential construction experience, preferably within the concrete or precast industries.
• Above average time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Hours of Work: Regular work week will be Monday through Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm. (Start and end times may be flexible). Occasional overtime is required based o the needs of the business. The successful candidate must undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
