Human Resources People Partner at OLIX

OLIX

Step into the role of Human Resources People Partner with OLIX and drive impactful changes in a high-growth technology setting. Support managers while enhancing organizational culture and compliance. OLIX is hiring a Human Resources People Partner to enhance daily people operations. You will play a critical role in guiding HR practices and ensuring adherence to UK and US employment law. Collaborating across departments, you will drive efforts that support strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Advise managers on HR and leadership matters
Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Foster a high-performance workplace culture
Manage employee relations and operations smoothly
Partner with various teams on company projects

Requirements:

Experience in HR within technology sectors
Familiarity with UK and US employment laws
Proven ability to build effective relationships
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or related practical experience
