Superviser le personnel de soutien
Accomplir des tâches administratives et de bureau
Effectuer des tâches administratives
Mettre en oeuvre et coordonner la prestation de services précis dans la communauté
Assurer une liaison avec d'autres services sociaux et services de la santé pour les soins aux clients
Tenir des statistiques dans le cadre de programmes à des fins d'évaluation et de recherche
Sélectionner, recruter et former des bénévoles et du personnel des services d'appui
Gérer des événements
Superviser le personnel de bureau et les bénévoles

Titres de compétence (certificats, permis, affiliations, cours, etc.)

Certificat d'intervention en cas de crise sans violence
Formation en sensibilisation culturelle
