Bakery Department Leadership Role

- High school diploma or equivalent; preferred college experience
- Extensive retail management background in specialty stores
- Strong leadership, organizational, and motivational skills
- Flexibility for varied work hours, including nights
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
