We just opened the doors to our brand-new facility and are looking for reliable, safety-focused operators to join our team right away! This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor, help organize a clean new workspace, and grow with us.

Shifts & Compensation

Morning Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM $21.60/hour

Afternoon Shift: Sunday to Thursday 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM $22.60/hour

What You’ll Do

Launch Support: Help set up, organize, and optimize our brand-new building.

Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate equipment to move, stack, and store inventory.

Daily Goals: Maintain a clean, organized work zone and collaborate with the team to hit daily production targets.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.

Forklift experience: Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie experience

Certifications: Valid licenses for Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie.

Commute: A reliable personal vehicle to ensure a dependable commute.

Work Ethic: Exceptional attendance, a strong focus on safety, and a positive team attitude.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Reach Truck, walkie and dock stocker to move home improvement products throughout the warehouse.
Perform precise put-away and retrieval of pallets in narrow-aisle, high-racking systems.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and make sure all product counts are 100% accurate.
Transport goods from the receiving dock to their proper storage locations efficiently.
Perform quick, daily safety inspections on your Reach Truck before your shift starts.

Qualifications
Valid Reach Truck/Dock stocker/ Walkie Forklift license
At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience driving a Reach Truck/Walkie/dock stocker in a busy warehouse environment.
Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and maintaining focus during high-rack maneuvers.
Ready to commit to a steady, long-term role.
