Construction Document Controls Manager
Clark Builders
Lead construction document control for Clark Builders using ACC, governance, and workflow expertise across Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan. Support the Sturgeon Data Center project through its lifecycle.The Document Controls Manager leads the project-wide function throughout construction. You will establish standards, systems, and workflows while ensuring information remains current, traceable, controlled, and accessible. The role provides functional leadership and coordinates with project stakeholders, partners, consultants, trades, and the client.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the project document-control teamOwn governance, standards, metadata, revisions, permissions, and archivalImplement and govern ACC and document-management systemsReport KPIs, trends, risks, and turnover readinessCoordinate commissioning, phased turnover, and final closeoutRequirements:
Seven-plus years of document-control experience on major projectsLeadership experience through management, mentoring, or coachingACC experience;
Procore experience preferredAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsMicrosoft Suite, communication, organizational, and analytical skillsApply your document-control leadership, ACC expertise, and construction knowledge to the Sturgeon Data Center project.
