Commercial Insurance Producer Ontario

Build commercial insurance business through new client development, consultative selling, and relationship building across Ontario’s market. Work locations include Toronto and several surrounding cities.
This full-time Commercial Account Executive and Insurance Producer role suits experienced producers with established production records. The brokerage supports continued commercial market growth through service, marketing, placement, and technical teams. Focus on mid-to-large accounts, specialized markets, and sustainable portfolio development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and grow a profitable commercial insurance portfolio
- Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts
- Pursue mid-to-large commercial accounts and specialized markets
- Assess exposures and develop tailored insurance risk solutions
- Maintain pipelines and execute sustainable business development strategies
Requirements:
- Three to four years of commercial insurance production experience
- Demonstrable new business development and production track record
- Experience developing mid-to-large commercial accounts
- Strong commercial markets, coverage, and risk exposure knowledge
- RIBO education with relationship-building and negotiation skills
