Project Controls Manager in Edmonton

Lead project performance as a Project Controls Manager with Ledcor in Edmonton, AB. Oversee cost, schedule, and risk management to ensure civil projects align with objectives. Ledcor is expanding its Heavy Civil team and seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager. In this full-time, site-based position, you'll partner with project leaders to drive efficient project delivery. Your role will leverage your expertise to provide hands-on oversight and strategic input, making a significant impact on high-profile civil projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and management of project controls systems
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking processes
- Maintain integrated project schedules with critical path analysis
- Mentor site-based project controls staff and coordinators
- Manage change processes and client reporting
- 8+ years in project controls on heavy civil projects
- Experience managing cost and schedule in site-based environments
- Post-secondary education in civil engineering or construction management
- Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
