Technicien Support Technique FOP EXPERTS

Rejoignez FOP EXPERTS CONSEILS en tant que Technicien en support technique dans la région de Montréal. Ce poste impliquera la résolution d'incidents et le soutien aux utilisateurs avec du matériel informatique et des logiciels. Nous cherchons des candidats motivés pour assurer un support de niveau I, II ou III. Les responsabilités incluent le suivi des billets d'incidents, la documentation technique, et la préparation des matériels informatiques. Vous participerez aussi à la formation des utilisateurs pour les applications et équipements. Key Responsibilities:
- Assurer le support technique pour utilisateurs en difficulté
- Documenter et analyser les requêtes sur les incidents
- Mettre à jour et suivre les bases de données des billets
- Créer et modifier les accès des utilisateurs
- Préparer les équipements pour l'utilisation optimale
- Baccalauréat ou DEC en informatiques
- 2 à 10 ans d'expérience en TIC
- Expérience pertinente en support technique
- Connaissance de l'Active Directory
- Bonnes capacités de rédaction en français
