Triware Technologies is seeking a relationship-focused Account Manager to help clients make confident IT decisions. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, build trusted relationships, identify opportunities for practical technology solutions, and support revenue growth through responsive, consultative account management.

What You Will do:
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact for account management matters.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Understand each client's business goals, challenges, and technology environment.
- Work with internal technical and advisory teams to recommend practical IT products and services.
- Identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients and contribute to sales targets.
- Prepare proposals and tailored presentations that clearly communicate value.
- Maintain accurate account information and forecast, track, and report on sales and account activity.
- Coordinate responses to client requests, concerns, and escalations, ensuring appropriate follow-through.
- Maintain awareness of relevant technology products, business solutions, and industry trends that may benefit clients.
What You Bring:
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in account management, business-to-business sales, client success, customer relationship management, or another relationship-focused role where consultative communication and follow-through were key.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Experience selling, advising on, or managing accounts for information technology products, services, managed solutions, or related business technology environments.
- Experience working in a technical advisory, IT services, value-added reseller, or managed service provider environment.
- Knowledge of current business technology solutions and trends.
- Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage competing priorities.
- Comfort working with sales forecasts, account information, and performance metrics.
