WHAT IT TAKES
- Completion of at least one year post- secondary education in business or computer systems or related fields at a recognized post-secondary institution in addition to a minimum of 1 years recent experience in computerized student information systems at a recognized post-secondary institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two to three years of recent articulation and transfer credit experience with institutions in Canada and Internationally. Preference will be given to those with a minimum of 1 year direct work experience within the BC Transfer system and/or using BCCAT’s TCS system.
- Demonstrated knowledge of program articulation and transfer credit processes at Douglas College
- Knowledge of the British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer Credit
- Experience to provide accurate and timely information and handle complex problems

Additional Information
- This regular full-time (35 hours per week) position is available beginning July 13, 2026.
- Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Shift days and times may change depending on the Department’s need. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required.
- The position is located at the New Westminster campus; however, successful candidate must be available for occasional work at the Coquitlam campus.
