Le ou la gestionnaire adjoint(e) agira comme personne-ressource et assurera la liaison entre les associé(e)s en comptabilité, le directeur de la comptabilité et les gestionnaires de niveau intermédiaire au sein de l'entreprise. Il ou elle veillera à ce que les activités opérationnelles du service soient réalisées efficacement, ce qui pourra nécessiter une participation directe aux tâches quotidiennes, au besoin.
Le ou la gestionnaire adjoint(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le directeur afin de se familiariser avec les processus, de développer ses compétences et d'acquérir progressivement l'autonomie nécessaire pour superviser et prendre en charge l'ensemble des fonctions opérationnelles du service.

Le ou la gestionnaire adjoint(e) devra également cerner les possibilités d'amélioration et contribuer à l'optimisation des contrôles internes et des processus.
Principales responsabilités
Superviser les activités comptables quotidiennes de l'entreprise.
Superviser les tâches des associé(e)s en comptabilité.
Diriger l'ensemble du cycle des comptes clients, de l'intégration des clients à la facturation, en passant par le traitement des paiements et le recouvrement, selon les besoins.
Superviser le processus des comptes fournisseurs afin de veiller au paiement ponctuel des factures, tout en tenant compte des flux de trésorerie.
Maintenir les normes élevées de CareKW en matière d'exactitude et de respect des délais dans le traitement de la paie.
Superviser les clôtures comptables périodiques, en veillant à ce que toutes les transactions soient enregistrées avec exactitude, intégralité et dans les délais prescrits.
Diriger les travaux de fin d'exercice en collaboration avec les cabinets comptables externes.
Assurer la gestion des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et des autres rapports, notamment en respectant les échéanciers et en proposant des améliorations.
Contribuer à la préparation des rapports financiers et de gestion, aux analyses de coûts ainsi qu'aux analyses des écarts.
Veiller à ce que les livres comptables et les documents respectent les politiques et procédures internes ainsi que les exigences liées aux travaux de fin d'exercice.
Contribuer à l'élaboration et au suivi des budgets.
Communiquer les renseignements financiers pertinents aux différentes parties prenantes, selon les besoins.
Exigences
Diplôme d'études postsecondaires en administration des affaires, en comptabilité, en analytique ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience de niveau intermédiaire en comptabilité.
De 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe et/ou en gestion de projets.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, particulièrement pour expliquer des renseignements financiers à des collègues n'ayant pas de formation en comptabilité ou en administration des affaires.
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, à trouver et à mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces dans des situations ambiguës ou complexes.
Volonté d'apprendre, de développer ses compétences et de progresser professionnellement.
Connaissance de niveau intermédiaire de Microsoft Excel.
La maîtrise de Power Query et de Power BI constitue un atout.
