Corporate Strategy Lead at Rightsline

Rightsline

Drive impactful corporate strategy initiatives at Rightsline as a Corporate Strategy Lead. This role focuses on strategic planning, market intelligence, and cross-functional program management in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, you will be essential in shaping annual and quarterly plans while providing insights into the competitive landscape. Collaborate closely with key departments such as Product and Finance to ensure alignment on objectives and resource allocation. Your contributions will significantly influence strategic decisions and organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning and frameworks for company goals
Track progress against priorities and recommend adjustments
Partner with Finance to align budget with strategy
Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor evaluation
Prepare executive materials and communications for leadership

Requirements:

4-5 years in management consulting or strategy roles
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proven track record in managing complex initiatives
Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal formats
Understanding of AI's impact on business strategies
