Salesforce Technical Lead Remote Canada

Elevate your career as a Salesforce Technical Lead with proven experience in end-to-end solutions and development. This remote role focuses on Salesforce implementation and production support in Canada. Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 8-12+ years of experience. You will oversee technical design, development, and support of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud. Your expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, and integrations will guide junior developers and ensure the success of project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions
- Manage Incident Management activities and troubleshoot production issues
- Provide hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components and Apex
- Oversee implementations in Consumer Goods Cloud for field and store execution
- Mentor Salesforce developers through code reviews and CI/CD processes
- 8-12+ years of Salesforce experience as Technical Lead
- Hands-on development experience with LWC, Apex, and APIs
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud
- Expertise in mobile solutions and offline capabilities
- Familiarity with security, CI/CD, and deployment processes
