Le poste :
Vos missionsRattaché(e) au Contrôleur Financier Groupe et membre clé de l'équipe de management locale, vous contribuez au pilotage financier de l'activité et à l'amélioration continue de la performance.
À ce titre, vous : - Encadrez et animez une équipe de 6 collaborateurs ;
- Pilotez le suivi financier des activités et des projets ;
- Élaborez les budgets annuels, prévisions et reforecasts ;
- Analysez les écarts entre budget, réalisé et forecast et proposez les actions correctives nécessaires ;
- Assurez le suivi des coûts, des engagements et des dépenses ;
- Produisez les reportings financiers mensuels et les tableaux de bord de pilotage ;
- Développez et suivez les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) ;
- Participez aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ;
- Réalisez des analyses de rentabilité et accompagnez les prises de décision ;
- Suivez les indicateurs financiers et les besoins de financement ;
- Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, achats, comptabilité et direction ;
- Contribuez à l'amélioration des outils, procédures et processus financiers.
Profil :
Votre profil - Formation supérieure Bac +5 en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion, Comptabilité ou Audit ;- Expérience significative en contrôle de gestion, audit financier, analyse financière ou contrôle de projets ;
- Première expérience managériale ou aptitude à encadrer une équipe ;
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel ;
- Bonne connaissance d'un ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ou équivalent) ;
- Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais indispensable ;
- La connaissance des normes IFRS et des outils Power BI ou Tableau constitue un atout.
Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre capacité d'analyse, votre sens de l'organisation et votre aisance dans des environnements internationaux et multiculturels.
