Join All Railings as a Production Supervisor, where you’ll ensure impeccable quality and safety standards on our shop floor. Manage a talented team in metal fabrication.
This position requires a proactive leader who can handle the day-to-day operations of a skilled group of welders and fitters. You'll be the key decision-maker, ensuring adherence to specifications in fabrication processes while conducting regular inspections and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and ensure accuracy of fabricated parts
• Own health and safety practices proactively
• Coordinate with project managers to resolve issues
• Conduct Toolbox Talks and manage daily production
• Manage documentation for production and safety training
Requirements:
• 10+ years in metal fabrication or related fields
• Hands-on experience with fabrication processes
• Proven supervisory experience with skilled teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize high-demand tasks effectively
