Join our Mirabel branch as a Branch Manager and oversee critical operations. This role focuses on team leadership, performance monitoring, and enhancing customer services in both French and English. We are looking for an adept Branch Manager to lead a team of approximately 15 employees in managing warehouse and inventory operations. This position requires fluency in French and English, demands over 10 years of relevant experience in distribution or branch management. You will encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop branch employees effectively
- Oversee daily operations and warehouse distribution

Requirements
- At least 10 years in leadership within branch operations
- Experience with financial and operational management
- Solid problem‑solving capabilities
- Expertise in Lean Operations or Six Sigma preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English required
