You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure clients receive top-tier support service. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert support for Oracle Applications as part of a support team.
- Manage multiple client accounts and prioritize urgent service needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis and resolutions for complex issues.
- Support Oracle Configurator and Demantra integrations.
- Document processes and enhance team knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years in multi-client Oracle support.
- Proven experience with Oracle Applications in production settings.
- Strong roots in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and client relationship.
- Capacity to mentor team members and guide technical initiatives.
