Montreal Project Manager AI Expertise COFOMO

COFOMO

Join COFOMO as a Project Manager specializing in AI in Montreal. This hybrid position will drive project success and engagement across multiple teams. As an experienced leader with over 10 years in financial services project management, you will take charge of complex AI initiatives. Your work will encompass defining clear project scopes, establishing governance processes, mentoring cross-functional teams, and preparing them for operational transitions while tackling risks that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project phases from planning to execution
Create structured project roadmaps with key indicators
Engage decision-makers and manage stakeholder expectations
Analyze interdependencies for optimal delivery
Maintain documentation in line with best practices

Requirements:

10+ years' experience in large-scale project management
Proven experience in technological change initiatives
Familiarity with project governance and reporting standards
Fluency in both French and English essential
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
