  Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Identity & Access Management programs across enterprise environments. The role involves driving IAM modernization initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable identity solutions aligned with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs and projects (IGA, CIAM, PAM)
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall governance
  
• Define project charters, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
  
• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, Compliance, and Vendor teams
  
• Manage dependencies across IAM, network, application, and data teams
  
• Track and report project status, risks, issues, and financials to leadership
  
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture and Zero Trust principles
  
• Drive requirements gathering, design reviews, UAT, production cutovers, and hypercare
  
• Manage vendor engagements, SOWs, licensing, and delivery commitments
  
• Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, GDPR, SOC and audit requirements
  
• Lead executive reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communication
  
• Standardize IAM delivery processes and promote best practices
  
• Support change management, training, and operational handover
  

Must Have Skills

IAM & Security

• Strong IAM knowledge: Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, Federation
  
• Experience in:
  
  • SailPoint (IGA)
    
  • Okta / Ping / ForgeRock / Azure AD (Entra ID) (CIAM)
    
  • CyberArk (PAM)
    
• Understanding of Zero Trust and least privilege principles
  

Project Management

• 8+ years IT Project / Program Management experience
  
• 5+ years delivering IAM / Cybersecurity / Infrastructure programs
  
• Experience in enterprise, regulated environments
  
• Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills
  
• Experience managing multi-team and offshore/cross-geo delivery
  

Tools & Reporting

• Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet
  
• Strong documentation, governance, and reporting skills
  
• Financial and budget management experience
  

  Preferred Skills

• PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 certification
  
• Agile / SAFe certifications
  
• CISSP / CISM (nice to have)
  
• Experience delivering multi-million-dollar enterprise programs
