What You'll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships in our community.
Your day will include:
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming, pressure-free experience
- Learning about each customer's needs and recommending the right vehicle
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Following up with showroom visitors, internet leads, and existing customers using our CRM
- Building long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Working closely with our Finance and Management teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Achieving personal and team sales goals while continuing to develop your skills

Requirements
- Valid BC Driver's Licence
- Ability to obtain a VSA Licence (current licence is an asset but not required)
- Weekend availability as part of a rotating schedule
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
