Job Description:
What will you work on
As the Manager Workday Functional Solutions you will act as the subject matter expert responsible for the configuration optimization and ongoing support of Workday across our global HRIS landscape. You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into scalable compliant system solutions while ensuring data integrity across all regions.
Configure maintain and enhance core Workday modules including HCM Compensation Benefits Recruiting Talent and Time & Absence.
Manage complex business processes configure advanced reporting and analytics solutions and update system data through EIBs.
Lead cross-functional HRIS initiatives translating operational requirements into scalable system configurations and global enhancements.
Troubleshoot system issues validate functionality prior to production migration and coordinate release planning for new Workday feature deployments.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation configuration guides and process flows while ensuring strict adherence to data governance and audit standards.
Provide functional expertise mentorship and guidance to the HRIS team to drive continuous improvement in employee and manager self-service capabilities.
What are your skills and experience
Proven track record in configuring and supporting a global Workday environment across multiple modules (HCM Compensation Benefits Recruiting Talent Time & Absence).
Experience leading Workday implementations deployments or large-scale HR system transformation initiatives.
Deep technical proficiency in configuring business processes writing custom reports and executing EIB data loads.
Experience developing technical system documentation process flows and configuration guides within a strict governance framework.
Post-secondary education in Business Information Systems Human Resources or a related discipline.
Workday Pro Certification in one or more functional areas is considered a strong asset.
