As Senior Director, Brand, you will lead brand marketing and Product Marketing at Felix, Canada’s digital healthcare company. You will shape positioning, launch major products, and connect patient-facing stories across channels. The work spans campaign leadership, measurement, team management, and regulated-category collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead flagship integrated marketing campaigns from brief through measurement
• Set the 18-month brand strategy and integrated marketing calendar
• Guide product positioning, launch plans, and go-to-market execution
• Own brand budgets, tracking, lift, incrementality, and media modelling
• Lead Brand and Product Marketing team development

Requirements:

• 10+ years in consumer or direct-to-consumer brand marketing
• Experience spanning brand marketing and product marketing
• Multi-million-dollar integrated campaign ownership across major channels
• 5+ years managing senior contributors or managers
• Portfolio demonstrating taste, judgment, and measurable results
