Your main missions will be :
Production Management & Performance
- Plan and organize daily production team activities based on workload and order schedules.
- Ensure smooth workflow across preparation, assembly, and packaging lines.
- Guarantee adherence to technical sheets, recipes, portion control, and product presentation.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): productivity, waste reduction, preparation timelines, and compliance rates.
- Strictly enforce food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) as well as internal company procedures.
- Monitor temperatures (receiving, cooking, cooling, storage) and maintain full traceability of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in internal quality audits and implement required corrective actions.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff (cooks, kitchen helpers, assembly line workers).
- Manage rosters, task assignments, break schedules, and time tracking.
- Onboard, train, and integrate new employees regarding operational methods and safety rules.
- Evaluate individual and team performance and identify training needs.
- Oversee optimal raw material utilization to minimize waste and losses.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure a continuous supply chain for production lines.

Profile
- Education and/or expertise in the food industry
- Knowledge of airline catering is a real asset.
- Experience in Production, Plating and TSU
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- Hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
