Sonepar Management Role: Branch Manager

- Monitor staff effectively towards common goals
- Ensure adequate training for all staff roles
- Coach sales teams to boost growth and performance
- Keep inventory levels at optimal standards
- Conduct outside sales to build customer relations
- 5-7 years management experience required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Background in the electrical industry is important
- Strong decision-making skills for company needs
- Proven supervisor experience with key teams
