Community Support Navigator: Access to Employment Resources
Ballad Consulting Group
Ballad Group in Edmonton is seeking an Employment Services Community Support Navigator to strengthen participant support across North Zone WERC programs. Based in Edmonton, you will collaborate with teams in Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Whitecourt, and High Level to address barriers to employment.
This role focuses on coordinating services virtually, building partnerships, and guiding participants toward stable employment with practical plans and ongoing follow-up.
