Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist
Altis
Drive qualified lead generation for Altis through paid advertising, SEO, and website optimization in Toronto or Ottawa with hybrid work.
As a Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Specialist, you will turn digital activity into employer inquiries and candidate applications. You will manage Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, SEO, and analytics while improving how audiences discover and engage with Altis. The work supports stronger digital lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaigns attracting employers and job seekers
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn, budgets, targeting, and testing
- Optimize altis.com content, technical SEO, and site health
- Improve landing pages, forms, calls to action, and conversions
- Track traffic, lead quality, conversions, and campaign performance
Requirements:
- Three to five years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Experience developing campaigns for measurable conversions
- Google Ads campaign setup, research, targeting, and optimization experience
- Working knowledge of SEO, GA4, and analytics tools
- Strong writing, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills
