- Prepare high-quality meals according to menu plans
- Plate meals while respecting resident food preferences
- Supervise Dietary Aides in food prep and service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
- Record necessary information in the absence of management
- Food handling training certification required
- Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in healthcare or hospitality settings
- Familiarity with Ontario Food Regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
