Job Summary
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and document functional needs for successful project delivery.
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including impact assessment, communication planning, training coordination, and stakeholder readiness.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure business solutions are adopted effectively and deliver measurable value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
* Analyze business processes and translate business needs into functional solutions.
* Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including:
* Impact assessment
* Communication planning
* Training coordination
* Stakeholder readiness
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution adoption.
* Support the delivery of business solutions that provide measurable value to the organization.
Required Skills
* Strong requirements gathering skills.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management.
* Business process analysis.
* Ability to translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
