- Préparer des estimations de coûts et de temps ainsi que des devis de conception
- Concevoir des composants, des réseaux et des installations électriques et électroniques
- Surveiller et vérifier l'installation et le fonctionnement des systèmes et des appareils électriques et électroniques
- Élaborer des normes d'entretien et d'exploitation pour les systèmes et les appareils électriques et électroniques
- Rechercher la cause des défaillances électriques ou électroniques
- Préparer des documents contractuels et évaluer des soumissions portant sur des travaux de construction ou d'entretien industriels
- Mener des simulations, des caractérisations, des modélisations de processus et de l'intégration de micro ou de nanodispositifs dans l'élaboration de nouveaux produits et dispositifs électroniques
- Mettre en service des systèmes et des composants
- Installer et faire fonctionner de l'équipement standard et spécialisé afin d'évaluer, de mettre à l'essai et d'analyser la performance des composantes, des assemblages et des systèmes électroniques et électriques
