BIOPED FOOT CARE
With more than 30 years of experience, BioPed has become the standard of excellence in alleviating foot and lower limb related discomfort. Throughout our network of more than 65 Franchise Clinics across Canada, our Canadian Certified Pedorthists specialize in assessing and providing non-surgical treatment for conditions related to the functions of the feet and lower limbs. In addition to Chiropody, Bracing, Compression and a large line of Orthotic Foot care and Footwear products, our clinicians provide a comprehensive assessment and hand-craft custom orthotics on-site using the most advanced casting methods, providing our clients with very best result. Seeking the right candidate to join our team as full time Care Co-ordinator who is charismatic, reliable, a team player and efficient.
Position Description: handling phone calls, basic triage, data-entry, confirming appointments, verifying patient's health claims coverage with insurance company, providing stellar customer service, team support, retail sales.
Qualifications : Must be proficient in MS office, fluent in English (oral & written). Must be flexible with hours, must be self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team, able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure.
Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Weekends (Sat)
