- Design and develop new FPGA features and platforms
- Lead technical aspects and project initiatives
- Guide junior engineers and foster team spirit
- Actively participate in project reviews and deliver solutions
- Initiate process improvements for coding efficiency
- M.Sc or B.Sc in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 8+ years of FPGA experience is mandatory
- Proficient in VHDL, SystemVerilog, and networking tech
- Strong understanding of hardware and software interaction
- Excellent communication and organization skills
