Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reserve valuation and recommend changes quarterly
• Create and present reporting packages to senior leaders
• Oversee actuarial financial and regulatory reporting

• Foster a productive environment for employee development
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of actuarial experience and leadership
• Degree in Actuarial Science or related discipline
• Fellow certifications required (CIA and CAS)
• Advanced knowledge of reserving techniques and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
