About the Role: We're looking for a highly organized, kind, and proactive individual to support our marketing team and help keep projects moving forward. As our Marketing & Project Coordination Assistant , you'll help ensure timelines are met, tasks are followed through, and team communication flows smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with a love of planning and a desire to grow in a supportive, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Project & Event Coordination

• Track marketing and project tasks using Trello
• Monitor timelines and check in with team members when due dates approach or pass
• Keep management informed of project progress and flag any concerns
• Help coordinate and execute on-site and off-site events (e.g., promotions, ticketing, logistics, wrap-ups)
• Maintain marketing calendars, content libraries, and shared plans

Marketing & Content Support

• Assist with the planning and promotion of events for customers and partners
• Support product launches with materials like signage, social media posts, and email content
• Help update website pages and draft marketing copy
• Proofread digital and print materials to ensure consistency and quality
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across all platforms

Digital & Social Media

• Create and schedule content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Respond to customer comments and reviews with professionalism and care
• Capture simple photos or video clips and create graphics using tools like Canva
• Assist with basic SEO updates and content support

• Love organizing projects from start to finish and helping others stay on track
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with a team
• Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
• Are comfortable checking in with others, offering help, and reporting back to leadership
• Have experience with tools like Trello, Square, Tock, Klaviyo, Microsoft Word/Excel, or are eager to learn
• Are detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and ready to roll up your sleeves

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
