AI Governance Manager in Real Estate

Elevate responsible AI adoption as the AI Governance Manager for a real estate company in Toronto. Lead enterprise-wide AI governance and partner with executives to drive strategy and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the framework for AI governance while managing intake, risk assessments, and approval processes. Collaborating with Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Legal teams, you will ensure compliant AI adoption. Your expertise in AI governance will guide third-party vendor standards and AI training initiatives aimed at promoting responsible AI practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead robust AI governance framework and policies
- Manage AI intake, risk assessments, and approval processes
- Collaborate across functions to ensure compliance
- Develop training and enablement programs for staff
- Create and maintain AI use case and risk register
- 8+ years in technology or digital transformation
- 5+ years in AI governance and enablement
- Strong background in AI technologies, privacy, and cybersecurity
- Excellent organizational and collaborative skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field
