Technicien Support TI Microsoft 365

Offrez un support TI humain et efficace chez Workleap, en utilisant Microsoft 365, Entra ID et les outils SaaS. Travaillez en français et en anglais.
Comme technicien de support TI, vous soutiendrez toute l’équipe de Workleap dans ses demandes quotidiennes. Vous analyserez et résoudrez des enjeux techniques, gérerez les accès et contribuerez à maintenir un parc informatique fiable. Vous documenterez les connaissances, participerez aux incidents et projets ponctuels, puis proposerez des améliorations utiles. Le poste demande une solide expérience en support de première et deuxième ligne, ainsi qu’un excellent sens du service. Vous collaborerez avec une équipe de sept personnes dans un environnement où les priorités évoluent rapidement.
Responsabilités clés:
- Assurer un support TI fiable, humain et efficace
- Gérer les accès, outils SaaS et demandes internes
- Maintenir le parc informatique, son inventaire et ses déploiements
- Documenter les connaissances pour réduire les demandes répétitives
- Proposer des améliorations de processus et d’outils
Exigences:
- Bilinguisme français-anglais, oral et écrit
- Expérience solide en support TI de première et deuxième ligne
- Aisance avec Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SSO, MDM et ticketing
- Connaissance de Windows, macOS et la gestion de parc
- Excellent sens du service et de la communication
