Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• Successfully completed this course, or one similar
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• An enthusiastic and professional attitude towards teaching
• Completed, up-to-date Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training
• Demonstrated competence and safety mindset using laboratory testing equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria:

• Subject matter expertise

• Teaching experience
• Laboratory experience related to course material and experience in the operation of Instron
