This role focuses on day-to-day product execution, backlog management, and Agile delivery coordination to ensure AI initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities.The AI Product Owner works closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements, ensures delivery teams have clear direction, and maintains visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.What You'll DoProduct Ownership & Stakeholder AlignmentServe as the Product Owner for assigned AI and data initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery effortsPartner with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and business stakeholders to understand priorities, scope, and success criteriaTranslate business objectives into clear product goals, roadmaps, and delivery milestonesEnsure product development stays aligned with agreed timelines, scope, and expected business outcomesRequirements Definition & Backlog ManagementTranslate business requirements into well-defined user stories, features, and acceptance criteria that can be executed by technical teamsManage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, delivery capacity, and technical dependenciesCollaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to clarify requirements and resolve questionsLead backlog refinement activities to ensure work items are clearly defined and ready for sprint planningAgile Delivery & Sprint CoordinationFacilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesTrack sprint progress, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues when neededHelp ensure sprint commitments are realistic and focused on delivering incremental business valueCoordinate release planning and cross-team delivery dependenciesValue Delivery & Solution EnablementEnsure AI solutions are delivered with clearly defined use cases and measurable outcomesWork with technical teams to validate assumptions related to data readiness, model feasibility, and delivery timelinesSupport product releases, stakeholder demonstrations, and feedback collectionTrack and communicate progress, adoption indicators, and early business value signalsCommunication & GovernanceServe as a central communication point between business stakeholders, BRMs, and technical delivery teamsProvide regular updates on delivery progress, scope changes, risks, and milestonesSupport preparation of materials for governance reviews, steering committees, or leadership updatesEnsure solutions align with enterprise standards for data governance, security, and responsible AI practicesWhat You'll Bring3–6 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead, or similar roleHands-on experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery teamsDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical workExperience supporting the delivery of data, analytics, or AI-related solutionsStrong communication, facilitation, and organizational skillsComfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholdersExposure to AI, machine learning, generative AI, or advanced analytics projectsExperience collaborating with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) or demand intake processesFamiliarity with enterprise technology delivery environments and cross-team coordinationExperience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management platformsReady to make an impact with us?
