Computer Support Technician

Job Responsibility:

Required Responsibilities:

Maintain Windows networks in a phone support environmentMaintain Windows networks in a dispatch environmentTroubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely mannerInstall computer networks

Other Responsibilities:

Install network/computer cablingInstall LCD/computer mounting brackets

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Windows servers and workstations
• Valid drivers license
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Strong understanding of networking (routing, switching, firewalls)
• Broad knowledge of computer hardware
• Familiarity with system/network security (Domains, GP, physical security)
• Self confidence in your problem solving abilities
• Installing structured cabling
• Mounting monitor (VESA) arms to walls

Candidate Profile:

A successful candidate will be a confident, personable problem solver with excellent verbal and written English. The candidate will have a passion for installing computer equipment, integrating technology into existing systems, and designing, building, and deploying new systems. The candidate should have the desire to work with other bright people in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
