Required Responsibilities:
Maintain Windows networks in a phone support environmentMaintain Windows networks in a dispatch environmentTroubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely mannerInstall computer networks
Other Responsibilities:
Install network/computer cablingInstall LCD/computer mounting brackets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Windows servers and workstations
- Valid drivers license
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Strong understanding of networking (routing, switching, firewalls)
- Broad knowledge of computer hardware
- Familiarity with system/network security (Domains, GP, physical security)
- Self confidence in your problem solving abilities
- Installing structured cabling
- Mounting monitor (VESA) arms to walls
Candidate Profile:
A successful candidate will be a confident, personable problem solver with excellent verbal and written English. The candidate will have a passion for installing computer equipment, integrating technology into existing systems, and designing, building, and deploying new systems. The candidate should have the desire to work with other bright people in a fast-paced environment.
