Senior Financial Analyst (Abbott Diagnostics), Mississauga

Abbott seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for its Core Lab division in Mississauga to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. The role involves analyzing budgets, preparing monthly submissions, and maintaining financial systems while working four days on-site and one day remotely.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis and consolidation of division planning cycles with departmental management
- Assist with commercial requirements for sales forecasts and expense management submissions
- Produce and analyze key reports including annual plans, month-end reporting, and LBE forecasts
- Create and maintain Power BI, Smartview TM1, and Cognos reports for management
- Prepare sales incentive plan analysis and provide financial recommendations to managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- CPA certification or currently enrolled in CPA program
- One to three years of experience in financial analysis or related role
- Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
