IQVIA Biotech seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager with oncology expertise to oversee clinical trial execution for biotechnology and biopharmaceutical clients. The role involves managing clinical operations across project phases, leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical trials per regulatory requirements, client contracts, and internal SOPs
• Achieve recruitment targets and implement appropriate enrollment strategies
• Develop and manage clinical risk mitigation plans throughout trial lifecycle
• Monitor clinical quality standards and manage compliance and quality issues
• Manage clinical project financials, budget tracking, and scope changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related scientific discipline
• 5+ years clinical research, monitoring, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Foundational knowledge of project management practices and terminology
• Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and Good Clinical Practices
• Solid knowledge of protocols and therapeutic aspects
• Oncology experience and global clinical trial perspective
• Understanding of project financial aspects and budget management
