Family Program Assistant

Montreal Lake Child and Family Agency Inc. (MLCFA) is looking to fill the position of a Family Program Assistant for the wellness program at Camp Hope. The role is to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to all staff and clients of MLCFA Camp Hope.

QUALIFICATIONS:  
Proven administrative support experience
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
In depth understanding of Microsoft Office applications and office equipment
Ability to take minutes for meetings
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
Ability to perform general administrative duties
Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle is a definite asset
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work as a team player and independently
Self-motivated, flexible, dependable and innovative
Ability to problem-solve and resolve conflict
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as written, organizational and time
management skills
Computer literacy with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
