Paid Well.

This role offers a base salary of $52,000 to $72,800 annually , based on experience and qualifications, and is also eligible for performance-based bonuses . The Role

This is a day-shift position scheduled Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM .

Order Processing – 50%

• Fulfill parts orders using in-stock inventory

• Source and process orders through PDCs, vendors, dealerships, and suppliers

• Communicate ETA updates and arrival notifications to technicians and customers

• Learn and effectively use dealership systems, including Procede, CAT, Cummins, Paragon, and other online platforms required to support customers and operations

Customer Service & Support – 40%

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and professionally

• Provide timely and efficient service to both internal and external customers

• Build strong working relationships with technicians, drivers, service advisors, and other departments

• Support a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Ad Hoc Duties – 10%

• Replenish inventory and maintain clean, organized display areas

• Ensure pricing and merchandising are accurate and customer-ready

• Participate in training sessions and department meetings

• Process debit and credit transactions, product returns, refunds, and core credits

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma required

• Journeyman Parts Technician certification is considered an asset

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum two years of parts experience within the heavy equipment, trucking, or commercial vehicle industry

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence

Nice to Have

• Journeyman Parts Technician certification

• Experience with Procede or a similar dealership business system

• Familiarity with CAT, Cummins, Paragon, or other parts lookup platforms

• Previous experience supporting technicians, service departments, or commercial fleet customers
