This role involves partnering with account and executive teams while utilizing your expertise in measurement frameworks, predictive modeling, and ROI optimization. Bring your storytelling ability and analytical rigor to drive both client and company strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Develop measurement frameworks for social-first growth
Shape executive decisions with data-driven insights
Own strategic measurement for paid media effectiveness
Forecast revenue and retail lift via predictive models
Design advanced ROI frameworks for marketing optimization

Requirements:

7-10+ years in research and analytics
Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field
Expertise in analytics and BI tools, including Python
Strong communication skills for executive collaboration
Proven leadership in analytics team development
