Senior Leader in Media & Digital Commerce

Shape the future of digital commerce as the Senior Leader in Media & Digital Commerce at a globally recognized consumer organization. This full-time role will enhance omnichannel strategies and drive growth. We seek a strategic visionary to establish a digital commerce and media operating model that empowers brand growth. You will lead performance measurement and develop governance frameworks that translate insights into actionable strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration across teams and building capabilities that support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead digital commerce strategy execution
- Develop full-funnel media strategies and prioritization frameworks
- Manage agency performance and delivery standards
- Implement advanced measurement models for KPIs
- Drive capability-building initiatives to enhance team effectiveness
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in media and digital commerce
- Proven ability to build scalable operating models
- Expertise in retail media and full-funnel strategies
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
