Calgary Training Systems Analyst Role

A great opportunity awaits as a Training Systems Analyst in Calgary, AB. This position revolves around managing Learning Management Systems, ensuring compliance, and delivering insightful analytics on learning programs, available in a hybrid model. Candidates must possess over six years of experience in LMS Administration, preferably with Workday Learning. Solid know-how in advanced analytics, Excel, and Power BI is essential. Applicants should also be equipped to create documentation while managing user roles, compliance reports, and security governance efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of LMS administration and reporting
- Utilize Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Administer LMS security roles and compliance reporting
- Produce job aids and knowledge articles to assist users
- Support stakeholders with effective communication and assistance
- Over 6 years of LMS experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of ServiceNow or similar systems
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
