- Prepare First Article Inspection documentation according to standards
- Develop inspection methods and quality plans for aerospace programs
- Review manufacturing plans and critical characteristics for accuracy
- Analyze quality metrics to drive continuous process improvements
- Train quality inspectors in inspection practices and techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of aerospace quality experience required
- CQE or ASQ certification preferred
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in quality engineering systems and Microsoft Office
