Field Technician

Dynamic Disposal Ltd. is seeking a full-time Lead Field Hand for immediate hire.

Were established in the Gull Lake area and specialize in Oilfield Waste Management and Equipment Rentals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing, directing, and supervising the work of the field team
Guide team in daily tasks
Address issues as they arise
Execute plans and perform the same work as your team members
Bridge communication between management and workers. The lead hand is the go-to person when team members need assistance or when supervisors need information about the teams progress
Monitor tasks to ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard
Ensuring the quality of work performed by your team
Keep the rental fleet in good working order and completing regular maintenance

Strong leadership and management skills are necessary
Strategic planning and decision-making skills
Ability to work in an extremely high paced environment
Must be mechanically inclined
Extensive knowledge on operating a skid steer/loader
A positive attitude
Able to work independently with excellent time management skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
A team player who enjoys hands on work
A valid drivers license
